Red Cloud is a fully sealed box of red glass. It contains the pure water. Depending on the external temperature, this water evaporates and turns into fogging. A cloud forms. The steam flows over the glass on contact. The accumulated water on the upper portion of the water box drips: it rains. Everything works in a closed circuit.
